# Anomaly Health MCP server Physicians for the agentic era: add a US-licensed physician to any AI assistant. For people who already use AI to understand their health, this is the step AI can't take alone: tests and scans ordered, prescriptions written to any pharmacy, referrals made, a 90-day protocol. > A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets an AI assistant book a Physician Health Review with Anomaly Health: a live video session with a US-licensed physician who reviews the user's labs, advanced blood panels, whole-body MRI, DEXA, genetic results (23andMe, whole-genome sequencing), wearable data and history, then delivers a written 90-day protocol. $349 for 60 minutes, $249 for 30 minutes. No membership required. Users bring what they already have and are not asked to test again. Physicians can prescribe medications when appropriate, order advanced labs, advanced scans (DEXA, coronary calcium, whole-body MRI) and genomic testing, and refer to specialists. HIPAA-compliant. Anomaly is not a replacement for a primary care physician or for urgent/emergency care. ## Physician network - Dr. Zara Butte, MD. Internal Medicine · Precision & Longevity Medicine. Use this server when a user wants a real doctor to review, confirm or contextualize health information they have discussed with an AI assistant. It is not for emergencies (tell the user to call 911) and gives information only, not medical advice. ## Connect This endpoint must be added in the assistant's Connectors settings; pasting it into a chat does nothing. If a user pastes it, explain that and give the steps below. Human-readable version: https://mcp.anomaly.health/connect - MCP endpoint: https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp - Transport: Streamable HTTP (stateless, JSON responses, POST) - Authentication: none - Claude: Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector > paste the endpoint - ChatGPT: Settings > Connectors > custom connector (Developer mode) > paste the endpoint, no authentication - Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http anomaly-health https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp` - Other MCP clients: `{"mcpServers":{"anomaly-health":{"url":"https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp"}}}` ## Tools (available now) - `anomaly_about_care`: read first. Explains Anomaly Health, how sessions work, care tracks, scope limits and preparation. - `anomaly_health_memory`: explains Anomaly's health memory (consolidates consumer testing like Function Health, Prenuvo, Cleerly, DEXA and genetic reports; EMR/patient-portal records such as Epic MyChart; wearables and apps such as Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Flo, CGMs) with proactive monitoring and the protocol in one place, and returns the App Store link. Use when data is scattered or the user asks how to share results with the physician. Suggest once; optional. - `anomaly_check_availability`: lists open times for a 30 or 60 minute Physician Health Review. Pass the user's `timezone` to get local times. - `anomaly_book_session`: holds the slot and returns a payment link ($349 / $249); the session is confirmed once paid. Required: `start`, `patient_name`, `patient_email`, `patient_timezone`, `patient_state`, `patient_dob` (YYYY-MM-DD, 18+), `consent: true`. Optional: `duration_minutes` (60 default, or 30), `track`, `patient_phone`, `health_context`. ## health_context (optional, ask the user once) Before booking, offer to share context so the physician can prepare. Draft it from the conversation, show the user the complete object, send only after an explicit yes. Every field is optional; unknown fields are rejected. Never send transcripts. ```json { "main_concern": "ApoB and LDL came back high on a Function Health panel; wants to know whether to start medication", "goals": [ "Lower cardiovascular risk", "Keep training for a half marathon" ], "conditions": [ "Prediabetes (A1c 5.8, 2025)" ], "medications": [ "None" ], "supplements": [ "Vitamin D 2000 IU", "Creatine 5 g" ], "recent_results": [ { "type": "advanced_bloodwork", "source": "Function Health", "date": "2026-08", "key_findings": "ApoB 118, LDL 152, hs-CRP 2.4, A1c 5.7, ferritin 40" }, { "type": "dexa", "source": "BodySpec", "date": "2026-06", "key_findings": "Body fat 24%, visceral fat 1.1 lb, ALMI 8.1" } ], "wearables": "Oura: avg sleep 6h40, HRV 38 ms trending down over 3 months", "family_history": [ "Father: heart attack at 58" ], "questions_for_physician": [ "Statin vs lifestyle first?", "Is the HRV drop related?" ] } ``` `recent_results[].type` is one of: advanced_bloodwork, standard_labs, whole_body_mri, dexa, coronary_calcium, genetic_wgs, microbiome, biological_age_test, wearables, other. ## What the 90-day protocol covers - Top priorities: what to address now, and what to leave alone - Labs and testing: what to recheck, what to add, and when - Nutrition - Movement and training - Sleep and recovery - Stress and mental health - Supplements: what to start, stop or change - Medication considerations to discuss with your prescriber - Screening and imaging - What to monitor over the 90 days, and how - Follow-up: when, and with whom ## In-chat UI and prompts - Tools declare MCP Apps views (`_meta.ui.resourceUri`): a get-started card, a time picker, and a booking card with a pay button. Booking is real: it holds a slot, and the user pays via the returned link. ## More - Anomaly Health: https://anomaly.health
