Bring any question

Twelve areas. Open one.

Review my test results
  • Advanced blood panels (for example Function Health, Superpower or similar): what the flagged markers mean together
  • Whole-body MRI (for example Prenuvo), DEXA, coronary calcium and other imaging: findings in context, and what follow-up makes sense
  • Genetic results (23andMe, whole-genome or exome sequencing): which findings matter clinically and which don't
  • Wearable and biomarker trends pulled together into one holistic read
  • A second look after an AI assistant summarized your results and you want a physician to confirm it
Longevity and healthspan
  • A prioritized plan to protect your healthspan, built from your own data
  • The biggest drivers of long-term disease and decline for you specifically
  • Fitness (VO2 max, strength), sleep, nutrition and metabolic health as a system
  • Which advanced tests are worth doing and which are not
Proteomics and biological age
  • Interpreting biological-age (epigenetic) clocks and proteomic organ-age tests
  • What these tests can and cannot tell you: most are research-grade, so a physician helps separate signal from noise
  • Turning a result into concrete, evidence-based next steps
Women's health and hormones
  • Perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and questions about hormone therapy
  • PCOS, irregular cycles, and thyroid questions
  • Interpreting hormone and thyroid lab panels

  • Whether weight-loss medication is appropriate for you
  • Plateaus, appetite, and metabolic factors
Preventive care and screening
  • Which screenings and labs make sense for your age, sex and family history
  • Imaging such as DEXA and coronary calcium: what to get and what results mean
  • Interpreting genetic and biomarker results
Functional and root-cause medicine
  • Persistent fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, low energy
  • Inflammation markers and nutrient deficiencies
  • Connecting symptoms, labs and lifestyle into one picture
Gut health and microbiome
  • Bloating, IBS-type symptoms, irregular digestion
  • Interpreting stool and microbiome tests

Performance and optimization
  • Energy, sleep, recovery and stress, using your wearable and lab data
  • Training load, HRV and recovery trends for athletes and active people
  • Focus, cognitive performance and burnout
  • Safe, physician-guided use of supplements and biomarker tracking
General health and second opinion
  • A physician's read on your overall health picture, when you're not sure where to start
  • A second opinion on lab results, a recommendation or a plan you've been given
  • Help deciding what to do next and which specialist, if any, to see
Peptide therapy
  • GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide): whether they are appropriate for you, monitoring, and coming off or switching
  • Other FDA-approved peptides used off-label when clinically appropriate, with a physician's oversight and monitoring
  • What to expect, side effects, and what to track

I want to connect Anomaly Health to you.

What it is: an MCP server that lets you book me a Physician Health Review. A US-licensed physician reviews my labs, scans, genetics, wearable data and history on a live video call, then writes me a 90-day protocol. $349 for 60 min, $249 for 30 min. No membership. Not for emergencies.

MCP endpoint: https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp
Authentication: none
Details for assistants: https://mcp.anomaly.health/llms.txt

Please do this:
1. If you can already see Anomaly tools (anomaly_about_care, anomaly_check_availability, anomaly_book_session), skip to step 3.
2. Otherwise, tell me in 3 short steps how to add this endpoint in THIS app (pick the matching line), then wait while I do it:
   - ChatGPT: Settings > Connectors (turn on Developer mode under Advanced if there is no Create button) > Create > name "Anomaly", paste the endpoint, Authentication: None > enable it in a new chat.
   - Claude (web, desktop, mobile): Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector > paste the endpoint > save.
   - Claude Code: run: claude mcp add --transport http anomaly-health https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp
   - Codex (CLI, app, IDE): run: codex mcp add anomaly-health --url https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp then check with /mcp in a session.
   - Meta Muse: tell Muse: "Connect to the MCP server at https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp, no credentials needed." Muse builds the connection itself and asks you to approve it.
   - OpenClaw: run: openclaw mcp add anomaly-health --url https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp --transport streamable-http (or Control UI > Settings > MCP > Add server), then restart the gateway.
   - Hermes Agent: add to ~/.hermes/config.yaml under mcp_servers: anomaly-health: { url: "https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp" } then run /reload-mcp.
   - Instinct: ask Instinct to connect the remote MCP server at https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp (no auth). If your version can't add custom MCP servers yet, use one of the assistants above.
   - Cursor, Windsurf, other agents: add to the MCP config: {"mcpServers":{"anomaly-health":{"url":"https://mcp.anomaly.health/mcp"}}}
3. Once connected, call anomaly_about_care, give me a two-line summary, and ask whether I want a 60-minute or 30-minute review and what I'd like the physician to look at.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Is this a real doctor?

Yes. Every session is with a US-licensed physician. Your AI books; it doesn't diagnose or treat.

Can they prescribe or order tests?

Yes: medications, FDA-approved peptides (including off-label), advanced labs, scans, genomic testing, and specialist referrals.

What does my AI share?

Only what you approve. It shows you the exact summary first and sends nothing without your yes. Never a transcript.

Do I need to redo my labs?

No. Bring results from any provider. The physician tells you what, if anything, is worth adding.

Is it a replacement for my PCP?

No. Keep your PCP. This is a deep review, a plan, and referrals when needed. Not urgent or emergency care.

Where is it available?

Across the US for adults 18+. You'll confirm which state you'll be in during the session.

Insurance?

No. Flat $349 or $249 by card, which is why the physician has a full hour for you.

What happens after?

Your physician writes your 90-day protocol. In the Anomaly app it lives with your full health record and proactive monitoring. Optional.
